If you need to fit a work trailer, horse float, or agricultural implement for years of reliable service, we can tailor a system to meet your needs – with up to 4.4 tonne capacity.
Our systems can be made in a range of configurations, depending on your load-bearing and travel requirements. Our legendary leaf spring design and patented Smart Coil spring are both available in tandem and single axle systems. We also offer a tandem airbag system and an agricultural tandem system designed for heavy-duty off-road work.
Simplicity Smart Coil

The Simplicity Smart Coil is available in both single axle configuration from 1400 kg and tandem axles from 2500 kg.
Load-sharing Coil (LSC)
Our patented LSC design applies the Smart Coil to a tandem system for heavier caravan and trailer loads from 2500 kg to 4400 kg.
Airbag tandem systems
With a load capacity up to 4200 kg, our tandem airbag systems are a popular option for touring vans travelling mostly on sealed roads, with some off-road travel.
Leaf spring axle systems
Our leaf spring systems also feature our load-sharing design and full wheel articulation, without requiring shock absorbers. Available in single and tandem systems.

For lighter loads, our convoluted rubber spring systems with trailing arm offer a very light cushioned ride. Leaf springs or coil springs are used on our 1400 kg and
heavier units.
Note: It is essential that the appropriate wheels
and tyres be fitted, suited to each configuration.
